摘　　要：运动康复医学是一门新兴的跨学科专业,它主要是通过运动康复治疗使伤病患者、残疾人取得满意的功能恢复,具备较好的生活质量,回归社会。虽然我国的运动康复医学事业蓬勃发展,但是我们在取得成绩的同时亦应认识到我国运动康复人才的短缺,患者与医者之间的比例严重失衡,康复人才的培养仍是亟待解决的问题。sports rehabilitation medicine is an emerging interdisciplinary specialty, it is mainly through the exercise rehabilitation of so many injuries, disabled patients achieved satisfactory functional recovery, have a better quality of life, return to the society. Although our country sports rehabilitation medicine development. But we are in obtain result while also recognize that our country sports rehabilitation talent shortage, patients and physicians is the ratio between the serious unbalance, rehabilitation training is still a problem to be solved urgently.
