摘  要:以09CuPTiRE钢为研究对象,建立钢液凝固过程中溶质偏析和夹杂物析出的耦合热力学模型。利用该模型,研究分析了09CuPTiRE钢凝固过程中稀土与钛的相互作用,得到以下结论:稀土能抑制09CuPTiRE钢中Ti3O5夹杂的析出,当RE含量为0.0045%时,Ti3O5夹杂完全消失;微量稀土有利于09CuPTiRE钢中TiN的析出,随着稀土加入量的增加,对TiN的析出起到抑制作用;钛能抑制09CuPTiRE钢中REN的析出,从而影响凝固过程中RES的析出行为。A coupling thermodynamic model which quantificationally described the elements segregation and inclusions precipitation during solidification process of 09CuPTiRE steel was proposed.Using the coupling thermodynamic model,the interaction between rare earths and Ti was investigated in the solidification process of 09CuPTiRE steel.The results showed that Ti3O5 precipitation could be controlled by the Rare Earths,and more Ti3O5 disappeared as conterot of RE was 0.0045%.Small doses of RE were benefitial to precipitation of TiN,instead,increasing of RE addition could restrain TiN precipitation.Ti could control REN precipitation which affected the precipitation behavior of RES in the solidification process of 09CuPTiRE steel.
