摘 要:以硬脂酸钙为参照,研究了氢氧化镧用作PVC热稳定剂的热稳定特性及透明和电绝缘性能。结果表明,氢氧化镧具有类似于硬脂酸钙的热稳定特性,是一种长期型热稳定剂;在合理并用硬脂酸锌和β-二酮等有机辅助热稳定剂的情况下,具有略优于硬脂酸钙的热稳定效能,所稳定PVC的透明性不如硬脂酸钙,但电绝缘性较好。The heat stabilizing characteristics and transparency and electrical insulation performance of lanthanum hydroxide as a heat stabilizer for PVC were studied by taking calcium stearate as the reference.It was shown that the heat stabilizing characteristics of lanthanum hydroxide was similar to that of calcium stearate,that is,it was a long-term type heat stabilizer.The composition of lanthanum hydroxide combined rationally with zinc stearate and organic costabilizers such as β-diketones showed heat stabilizing efficiency somewhat better than that of calcium stearate.PVC stabilized with the composite stabilizers based on lanthanum hydroxide had lower transparency but higher electrical insulation compared with those based on calcium stearate.
