摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定镝铁合金中非稀土杂质。并用基体匹配法及氟化分离法以消除干扰。测定范围为Al、Si:0.020%~0.10%;Ca,,Mg,Ni:0.0050%~0.050%;Mo,W:0.030%~0.20%。对样品测定11次,得到相对标准偏差为0.75%~4.95%,加标回收率为97.5%~104%。方法可用于镝铁合金中非稀土杂质的测定。Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was used to determine non rare earth impurities in Dy-Fe alloy.Matrix matching method and fluorination separation method were used to eliminate interference of Dy-Fe matrix.Determination range is 0.020~0.10% for Ai and Si,0.0050%~0.050% for Ca,Mg and Ni and 0.030%~0.20% for Mo and W.The relative standard deviation obtained by 11 repeated tests was 0.75%~4.95% and the determination recoveries was 97.5%~104%.This method could be used for the determination of non rare earth impurities in Dy-Fe alloy.
