摘 要:为研究胰岛素对雏鸡肝脏发育及其超微结构的影响,16只体重相近的雏鸡被随机分为两组,试验组每天定时腹腔注射生理剂量胰岛素,对照组腹腔注射等剂量的生理盐水。连续注射10d后称重,取样并制片,分析肝体比并利用透射电镜对肝脏的超微结构变化进行观察。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组雏鸡的体重、肝脏重和肝体比没有明显变化,但其肝脏的线粒体数量明显增加。提示生理剂量胰岛素可以刺激肝细胞线粒体的发生,进而促进肝脏的代谢作用。To study the effect of insulin on the development and ultrastructure of liver in chicken,sixteen healthy chickens with similar body weight were selected and divided into two groups. The test group was treated with physiolog- ical dose of insulin by intraperitoneal injection,and control group was treated with an equal volume of physiological sa- line, once every day. After ten days, the chickens were weighted and killed, then the ratio of liver to body weight was calculated and the ultrastructures of liver was observed and analyzed. The results showed that compared with control group,body weight,liver weight and ratio of liver to body weight in test group were not changed,but the number of mitochondria was increased obviously. It suggested that physiological dose of insulin could stimulate the genesis of mitochondria in hepatocyte and further promote the metabolism of liver.
