摘　　要：公文是各单位在行政管理过程中依法行政和进行公务活动的重要工具,文章对农业科研单位在日常公文处理中存在的问题进行了分析,并从干部队伍建设、健全各项管理制度、领导抓与"抓领导"相结合、加快办公自动化建设进程等方面提出了提高公文处理工作效率的相应对策与建议。Official document work is an important tool for administration by law and official activities at administration. Problems in routine official document work in agricuhural research institutions were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures and suggestions for improving efficiency of dealing official document work were put forward from such aspects as constructing cadres＇ team, improving the management system. combining leaders＇ stress with paying attention to leaders, and speeding up the construction process of office automation, etc.
