青年农业科技人员科技服务能力培养的实践与探索

摘　　要：科技服务能力是青年农业科技人员科技创新能力的基础,加强青年农业科技人员科技服务能力的培养也是农业科研单位的重要任务之一。文章介绍了北京市农林科学院在提高青年农业科技人员科技服务能力方面的做法,并以此为基础,从主观和客观两个方面分析了制约青年农业科技人员科技服务能力培养的关键问题,从氛围营造、资源统筹、制度建设以及长效机制的建立等方面提出了有利于青年农业科技人员科技服务能力培养的建议。The science and technology service ability is the fundamental ability for the young personnel who is engaged in agricuhural re search. Developing the service ability of young personnel is one of the most important works for the organization of agriculture research. The practice to develop the young personnel＇s service ability of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences （BAAFS） was introduced in the paper. Then, the subjective and objective factors which affected the young personnel＇s service ability developing were studied. Finally, the suggestions for developing young personnel＇s service ability were put forward, such as the environment creating, resource arranginent, management system establishment and long-term mechanism, etc.
