中国省域土地整理复垦开发补充耕地的空间效应  

Spatial Effect of Supplementary Cultivated Land of Land Reconsolidatiom, Reclamation and Exploitation in Chinese Provinces

摘　　要：采用空间计量经济学、空间回归模型方法,对中国省域土地整理复垦开发补充耕地的空间特征,以及土地出让纯收益对土地整理复垦开发补充耕地的空间相关性程度进行了分析。结果表明:1999年和2003年中国土地整理复垦开发补充耕地呈离散布局,空间分布规律不明显,2007年从东到西主要在江苏-河南-陕西-甘肃一线呈现阶梯状递减。通过空间回归分析表明土地出让纯收益对土地整理复垦开发补充耕地在空间上具有一定的相关性,但相关度并不是特别高。土地整理复垦开发补充耕地除了受土地出让纯收益影响外,还受土地后备资源禀赋、政策等因素影响。The purpose of this paper is to analyze spatial character of supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation,reclamation and exploitation in Cinese provinces,and analyze degree of spatial correlation of pure profit of transferring land with supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation.The solutions are spatial econometrics,spatial regression model.The results show that Chinese supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation,reclamation and exploitation from 1999 to 2003 took on discrete structure with unobvious regulations of spatial distribution,and decreased in terraced mainly in Jiangsu-He＇nan-Shaanxi-Gansu from east to west in 2007.Through analyzing on spatial regression,it shows that pure profit of transferring land has certain correlation with supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation,reclamation and exploitation on spatial scale,but not in very high degree.It is concluded that supplementary cultivated land of land reconsolidation,reclamation and exploitation are affected by pure profit of transferring land as well as land reserved resources,policies and other factors.
