摘  要:针对传统子午线轮胎模具设计存在的问题,提出一种新颖的一体化的弓形座与花纹块设计方案,该方案具有结构简单、体积小、质量轻等特点,实现了模具和硫化机一体设计,独立完成轮胎硫化工艺,降低了子午线轮胎模具的制造和安装成本,同时也降低了子午线轮胎的制造成本。Considering the existing problems which are in the mould design of traditional radial tire, this paper put forward an original and incorporate design scheme of arc seat and decorative pattern piece. Using this design scheme which can realize the integration design of radial tire mould and vulcanizing machine and independently complete vulcanizing process of the tire makes radial tire mould have some advantages, such as simple structure, small volume and light weight etc. Reduced the manufacturing and installation costs of the radial tire mould and also reduced the costs of the radial tire manufacturing by using this design scheme.
