摘 要:从自然环境和社会经济特征出发,选取具有代表性的窑沟小流域水土保持示范区为研究对象,通过实地调查和基础资料的收集,应用生态经济学的理论和方法,筛选并建立了一套比较完善的效益评价指标体系;运用层次分析法和多层次模糊评价法对该示范区的水土保持治理综合效益进行了定量评价。评价结果显示:窖沟流域的综合治理取得了显著的成效,2006年、2007年、2008年的综合效益指数分别为55,65,77,生态经济系统进入初级良性循环阶段。三大效益中生态效益和社会效益明显,效益指数分别从2006年的58,81增加到2008年的98和100。Yaogou Small Watershed,a soil and water conservation demonstration zone,was chosen as the research object to set up an effect evaluation index system from the view of physical environment and social and economical characters.Based on the theory and methodology of eco-economics,field survey and basic data collection,a relatively completive benefit evaluation index system has been set up.The quantitative evaluation of synthetic benefit of soil and water conservation in this zone was conducted by using analytical hierarchy process(AHP) and multi-hierarchy fuzzy evaluation mothed.The results showed that the synthetic benefit indices of the years of 2006,2007 and 2008 were 55,65 and 77,respectively,its ecological and economic system has entered into primarily sustainable stage,and among three kinds of benefits,its ecological benefit and social benefit get remarkable increase from 58 and 81 in 2006 to 98 and 100 in 2008,respectively.
