摘　　要：电阻焊在微电子、电子组装以及钎焊中的应用,拓展了其应用领域。本文介绍了电阻焊和电阻软钎焊的原理与应用,分析了电连接器和微带板之间电阻软钎焊缺陷产生的原因,通过优化焊接工艺、优化设计焊膏印刷模板和改进电阻焊机夹头,成功实现了电连接器和微带板之间的电阻软钎焊。The applications of resistance welding in microelectronic, electronic assembly and brazing have enlarged its application fields. This paper introduced the principle and application of resistance welding and resistance soldering ＆ brazing. The defect reason of resistance soldering between connector and mierostrip board was analyzed. Finally resistance soldering between connector and microstrip board was realized by means of optimization of welding procedure, solder paste print moulding board and gripping head of resistance welding machine.
