摘　　要：基于中国大陆分地区分行业数据,运用普通最小二乘法和两阶段最小二乘法研究社会信任对FDI区位选择的影响,结果显示:在专用性中间品和物质资产专用性中间品投入密度高的行业,地区信任度越高,外商投资额越大。在控制其他变量以及内生性问题后,这一结果依然稳健。Based on industry data and regional data of China and using ordinary least squares and two stage least squares method,this paper has an empirical analysis on the influence of social trust on regional distribution of foreign direct investment.The empirical results reveal that the degree of trust has a significantly positive effect on FDI in the industry with high input density of intermediate products of asset specificity and physical asset specificity,which is still robust after controlling for other variables and endogeneity problem.
