摘　　要：PROTOS卷烟机配置的卷烟纸接头检测器是豪尼公司80年代设计的产品，在多年的使用过程中发现该检测器存在诸多问题：检测器对盘纸自身携带的接头检测不灵敏；在电路设计上没有考虑金粉使用对剔除的影响；器件老化后调整困难，维修成本很高等。为此，我们自行开发了可以替代豪尼接头检测器的检测装置，通过探测卷烟纸透光率的变化，实现对接头的在线动态监测，能在7000支，分钟生产速度下检测并剔除宽度大于3mm的接头，实现替代PROTOS卷烟机上现有接头检测器的目的。The detector of cigarette tissue＇ s pontes on the cigarette production machines named PROTOS was designed in 1980＇ s by HAUNt. There were several problems when we used this detector in these years, such as： it was not sensitive enough when the pontes belongs to the cigarette tissues; in the period of circuit design, they have no consideration when it was used with metal powder; it was hard to adjust when the detector was used after so many years and it was expensive to maintain it. In order to take place of the HAUNI＇ s detector, we have to design a new one which can detective the transmittance＇ s change on cigarette tissue, which can monitor the dynamic pontes on line, and which can detective the pontes longer then 3mm when the machine was running at the speed of 7000 cigarettes per one minute.
