摘  要:光栅法是非接触三维测量的重要技术,在分析现有光栅法技术的基础上,采用双频光栅相位法并结合平行光轴系统及移轴技术,提出了一种改进的双频光栅相位法三维人体测量技术架构.该架构避免了单频光栅法相位展开误差传递问题,解决了近心投影系统中相位-高度求解过程中的非线形问题,扩大了有效测量区域.对人台的测量和重构表明,该方法实用且测量精度高.Grating is an important approach in non-touch 3D measurement technology. Based on analysis on the current technology in grating profilometry, a modified 3D measurement technique system of dual- frequency grating phase measuring profilometry for human body with parallel axis system and lens shift technology is presented. The error spread in phase unwrapping algorithm in single frequency grating is avoided, the nonlinear problem in crossed-optical-axes is solved in phase-height algorithm, and the effective measuring area is expended by this system. The measurement and rebuilt of a dummy indicates that this method is accurate and practical.
