摘 要:利用小容量触头材料试验与测试系统,在低压交流50 Hz、220 V、15 A、纯阻性负载条件下,对分别采用混粉、化学和雾化工艺制备的添加WO3、Bi2O3、CuO或In2O3微量添加剂的8种AgSnO2触头材料进行了45 000次连续通断试验,并对试验过程中的燃弧能量、熔焊力、燃弧时间、静触头温度和接触电阻等参数进行了测量;采用电子分析天平称取了试验前后动、静触头的质量,采用SEM和EDS观察和分析了8种AgSnO2铆钉触头试验后的表面形貌与特殊区域的微区成分;探讨了制备工艺和微量添加剂对AgSnO2触头材料抗电弧侵蚀性能的影响。With a developed testing and measuring system for small-capacity contact mate- rials, a test of 45 000 continuous make-break operations under the low-voltage, alterna- tive-current(50 Hz, 220 V, 15 A) and purely resistive load were made with 8 kinds of AgSnO2 electrical contact materials in symmetric pairs, which were made by powder mix- ing, chemical or atomization process with different doped additives of WO3, Bi2O3., CuO or in203. The data such as arcing energy, welding force, arc duration, fixed contact temperature and contact resistance were measured during the test. The masses of AgSnO2 contact materials were measured before and after the test with electronic analytical ba- lance. The special surface profiles and the microstruetures of 8 AgSnO2 contact materials were observed and measured by SEM and EDS after the test. The effects of the manu- facturing processes and the doped additives on the arc-erosion resistance properties ofAgSn02. contact materials were discussed.
