Investigations on mulberry parasitic nematodes in Guangxi

摘  要:【目的】对广西桑主产区的桑根际寄生线虫种类进行调查,了解广西桑区线虫病发生情况、线虫种类及其分布,为桑树线虫病害防治提供科学依据。【方法】在广西桑主产区宜州、象州、横县桑田采集桑根系和根际土壤,根据形态特征和形态测量值进行寄生线虫鉴定。【结果】共鉴定出9个属4种植物寄生线虫,分别为:南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)、异螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus exallus)、畸形小环线虫(Criconemella informis)、针线虫(Paratylenchus sp.)、喜悦平滑垫刃线虫(Psilenchus hilarulus)、丝尾垫刃线虫(Filenchus sp.)、矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus sp.)、真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus sp.)和细针线虫(Gracilacus sp.),其中以南方根结线虫最普遍,平均每100mL土中有123.0头2龄幼虫。【结论】广西桑寄生线虫以南方根结线虫为优势种,生产中应对南方根结线虫予以重视,并制定相应的防治措施控制病害的发生。[Objective]Plant nematodes were identified and surveyed in some mulberry growing areas in Guangxi in order to study their morphological characteristics,occurrence and distribution.[Method]The roots and rhizospheric soils in mulberry field of Yizhou,Xiangzhou and Hengxian of Guangxi were collected to identify the morphological characteristics of nematodes using light microscope.[Result]Four species of plant parasitic nematodes were identified which belonged to nine genera,viz.,Meloidogyne incognita,Helicotylenchus exallus,Criconemella informis,Paratylenchus sp.,Psilenchus hilarulus,Filenchus sp.,Tylenchorhynchus sp.,Aphelenchus sp.,Gracilacus sp.Out of them,Meloidogyne incognita was highly dominated one(123 heads of 2 n d instar larva per 100 mL soil).[Conclusion]The Meloidogyne incognita was found as most dominant species in mulberry growing areas of Guangxi.It has been suggested that more attentions should be paid on controlling Meloidogyne incognita in order to enhance the mulberry productivity.
