摘  要:阐述了国内外密集烤房及其设备发展演变的历程,并就密集烤房与普通烤房对烘烤环境、烘烤过程中烟叶的变化和烤后烟叶品质的影响进行对比分析,在此基础上分析了造成目前密集烘烤烟叶外观质量降低、光滑烟形成、香气降低的原因,总结了密集烘烤的优缺点与特殊性,认为密集烤房将成为我国烘烤设备发展的必然趋势。Curing principles of bulk curing barn and traditional flue-curing barn are similar,but there are still many differences between them.Basic principle of bulk curing technology could be explored by comparing and analyzing their differences.Under the direction of basic principle,bulk curing technology and the quality of tobacco leaf could be improved further.Development of bulk curing barn and curing equipments has been systematically expounded in the present paper,and the comparative analysis and research progress about the effect of bulk curing barn and traditional flue-curing barn on curing environment,changes in tobacco leaves during flue-curing,the quality of flue-cured tobacco have been reviewed.On the basis of current studies,the causes of decline in appearance and aroma quality of smooth tobacco under bulk curing have also been analyzed.Furthermore,the advantages,disadvantages,and the particularity of bulk curing were pointed out.It was believed that bulk curing barn would be the developing trend of curing equipments.
