摘  要:【目的】探讨拜克罗I型添加剂对保育仔猪生长、免疫性能及肝功能的影响。【方法】选择42头体况良好,胎次、体重相近的21日龄二元杂断奶仔猪,按公母比例为1∶1随机分成两组;对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加拜克罗I型添加剂(4kg/t),预饲期7d,试验期21d。【结果】与对照组相比,试验组仔猪的末重和日增重分别提高了16.40%和21.40%,而料重比降低了8.14%;血清总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLO)显著升高(P<0.05),丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)降低,其中γ-GT极显著降低(P<0.01)。【结论】拜克罗I型添加剂能够促进保育仔猪生长,降低料重比,保护肝脏功能,提升机体免疫力,是一种理想的促生长剂和免疫增强剂。[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to elucidate the effects of Baikeluo type I additives on growth and immune performance,and liver function of weaned piglets.[Method]The 42 healthy weaned dual hybrid piglets with similar fetus order and weight and 21 d age were selected and divided randomly into two groups in ratio of 1∶1 male to female.The control group was fed with basal diet,and tested group was fed with the basal diet added with 4 kg/t Baikeluo type I during 7 days pre-feeding and 21 days of test period.[Result]The results showed that compared to the control group piglets,the final weight and daily gain weight of tested group piglets remarkably increased by 16.40 and 21.40%(P0.05),respectively,while the feed gain ratio decreased by 8.86%.The total protein(TP)and globulin(GLO)in serum of tested piglets were significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05),and the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and γ-gamma-glutamine transferase(γ-GT)(P0.01)decreased compared to control group.[Conclusion]Baikeluo type I additive can promote the growth of weaned piglets,and decrease the ratio of feed to weight,protect liver function,promote the body immunity,and is an ideal additive for promoting growth and intensifying immunity.
