摘 要:目的:寻找马蓝叶与其混淆品路边青叶之间的鉴别特征,建立有效的鉴别方法。方法:采用显微鉴别法。结果:马蓝叶的脉末梢多数不分支,少数1~3分支;宽度为1~3列管胞,多数为1列管胞;少数末端膨大。路边青叶脉末梢分支或不分支,分支者多数为1~2次分支,少数为3~4次分支;宽度为1~5列管胞,多数宽为2~3列管胞;末端常稍膨大。两者的特征受物候期差异、产地差异因素影响不明显。结论:马蓝叶与路边青叶的脉末梢特征区别明显、稳定,可作为区别两者的鉴别特征,提出的鉴别方法操作简便、快速、价廉。Objective :To find out characteristics of identification between leaves of Baphicacanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek. and its adulterant clerodendrum cyrtophyllum Turcz.,and to establish effective method for identification. Method: Microscopic identification method was applied. Results: For leaves of Bap hicacanthus c us ia (Nees) Bremek., most vein termination didn' t branch, a few with 1 -3 branches; the width was 1-3 lines of tracheid, 1 for most; a few with dilated end. While leaves of clerodendrum cyrtophyllum Turcz., vein termination didn' t branch or branches, 1-2 subbranches for most with branches and 3-4 for few; the width was 1-5 lines of tracheid, 2-3 for most; the end was a little bit dilated. The characteristics of both were not greatly influenced by the factors of phenophase differences and producer differences. Conclusion:Characteristics of vein termination on leaves of Baphicacanthus cusia (Nees)Bremek. and clerodendrum cyrtophyllum Turcz. are identifiable and stable, and thus can be used for the identification of them. The method proposed for identification is simple, rapid and economical.
