摘  要:以硝酸为氧化剂,冰醋酸、甲酸为插层剂,采用化学氧化的方法制备可膨胀石墨。通过正交试验确定最佳工艺参数:10g鱼鳞片石墨,V(冰醋酸)∶V(甲酸)∶V(硝酸)=2∶3∶4,反应温度为20℃,反应时间为45min,制得可膨胀石墨在600℃时的膨胀体积为260mL/g;通过XRD分析检测插层剂,SEM观察膨胀石墨的表面形貌,测试结果表明,插层剂已插入石墨层间,形成石墨层间化合物,且膨胀石墨的表面形貌为疏松多孔结构。Expanded graphite was prepared by the method of chemical oxidation, nitrate as the oxidant, glacial acetic acid, formic acid as the insertion. The best process conditions were obtained: the results show that swelling volume of graphite can reach 260mL/g in 600'C while the weight of the scales graphite is 10g and the volume ratio of in gredients (glacial acetic acid : formic acid : nitrate) 2 : 3 : 4, in the reaction time of 45min, and the reaction tempera- ture is 20℃ by the orthogonal test. The insertions were analyed and measured by X-ray diffraction,the morphology of the expanded graphite was observed by SEM, the results show the insertions has inserted between graphite layers and the structure of the morphology of the expanded graphite is loose and porous.
