摘 要:对8种1年生美洲黑杨杂种无性系叶片中的化学物质进行了萃取分离,并对分离物进行了聚类分析.结果表明:表型抗螨的无性系乙酸乙酯层中萃取物质的含量与表型感螨的无性系中的含量差异显著;生物活性检测结果证明,乙酸乙酯层萃取物对螨的驱赶性和毒杀性明确,且美洲黑杨叶片中化学物质的差异性对其抗螨能力有影响.在优质美洲黑杨抗螨性品种的选育过程中,美洲黑杨叶片中化学物质的差异性可以作为抗性判断的一个重要指标.Chemical substances from the leaves of eight annual strains of Populus deltoids hybrid clones were extracted and analysed by clustering analysis.The results showed that there was significant difference in the contents of the extract in ethyl acetate layer in phenotypic mite-resistance and phenotypic susceptibility to Tetra lobulifera(Keifer) among the clones.It was also proved by bioactivity measurement that the extract from ethyl acetate layer had the nature of driving and killing Tetra lobulifera(Keifer),and the difference among the chemical substances in leaves of Populus deltoids influenced its Tetra lobulifera(Keifer) resistance,this difference could be used as a standard to make resistance judgment in breeding Tetra lobulifera(Keifer) resistance improved breeds of Populus deltoids.
