摘 要:以新疆芦苇为研究对象,通过野外实地考察,利用生态学和生物学的方法,探讨了芦苇的生态型特性.结果表明:在地貌特征和干旱的气候条件下,新疆芦苇在不同的生境适应过程中,演化形成了水芦、盐化草甸芦苇等生态型,它们在形态及营养器官结构上有显著差异;不同生态型芦苇间叶片气孔数目差距明显,同一生态型芦苇同一叶片上下表皮气孔数目差距较大.Taking Phragmites australis in Xinjiang as a study object,and by using biological means of collecting their different sampling and making stomatic production through nail polish layed on leaf surface and tored,and making paraffine production of eco-typical reed's trophic apparatus and studying them,all data were analyzed at indoor.The results show that wilding reed is comparatively rich in Xinjiang where attribute to arid and extra-arid region,it's natural condition is bad,precipitation is very scarce,ecological environment is very frangible,desertification is badly serious,sand blown by wind frequently occurs and extensively distribute.Phragmites australis in Xinjiang has evolved different ecotypes,that are swamp reed,sand dune reed,swamp-land,salt meadow sand dune transitional reed,salt meadow reed and so forth,under physiognomy characteristics and arid climatic condition and in the process of adapting different habitat.Different eco-typical reed has clearly distinction in conformation and configuration.The number of stoma is distinct between above and nether leaf surface and among different eco-typical reed
