摘 要:先用Fenton试剂(过氧化氢/硫酸亚铁)对多壁碳纳米管进行改性处理(-fMWCNTs),再通过水相悬浮聚合法制备了多壁碳纳米管/聚丙烯腈(-fMWCNTs/PAN)复合微球,用静电纺丝技术制备了-fMWCNTs/PAN复合纤维膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)和万能试验机研究了-fMWCNTs对电纺纤维膜形态、热性能和力学性能的影响。结果显示,-fMWCNTs在PAN纤维中分散比较均匀,纤维缺陷较少;同时-fMWCNTs/PAN复合纳米纤维膜的热稳定性增强;纤维膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都比未处理多壁碳纳米管/聚丙烯腈(p-MWCNTs/PAN)和纯的PAN纳米纤维膜高。Polyacrylonitrile/carbon nanotube(MWCNTs/PAN) composite microspheres were prepared by aqueous deposition polymerization.Prior to the fabrication of composites,the MWCNTs were functionalized with Fenton reagent.Electrospinning of f-MWCNTs/PAN composite solution was investigated to fabricate ultrafine fibers.The morphology and thermal stability of fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),the relationship between the tensile properties and the mass fraction of MWCNTs in the fiber was revealed by tensile testing.The results show that functionalized MWCNTs are well dispersed in polyacrylonitrile matrix with reinforced composite fibers resulted.Furthermore,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the functionalized MWCNTs/PAN composite fiber membranes are higher than that of pure MWCNTs/PAN composite fiber membranes and pure PAN fiber membranes.
