摘 要:合成及表征了八苯基倍半硅氧烷(PH-POSS)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基倍半硅氧烷(MA-POSS),并利用差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)分别研究其在聚碳酸酯(PC)体系中对体系热性能的影响。研究结果表明,复合材料Tg随着PH-POSS含量的增加而降低;而随着MA-POSS含量的增加基本不受影响。在氮气中,复合材料起始降解温度(T5%)比PC略低,随后其降解速率变慢,最大失重温度(Tmax)提高1℃~15℃。在空气中,复合材料T5%、Tmax均高于PC相应温度,且MA-POSS复合材料的Tmax随MA-POSS添加量的增加而升高22℃~50℃;且两种复合材料700℃残余率增加了5%~12%。Octaphenylsilsesquioxane(PH-POSS) and γ-methacryloxypropyl silsesquioxane(MA-POSS) were prepared and characterized respectively.And then the thermal properties of polycarbonate(PC)/polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS) composites were studied with differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that: glass transition temperatures of composites decrease with PH-POSS content increasing;while no insignificant change with MA-POSS content increasing.The degradation temperatures(T5%) of composites under the nitrogen are slightly lower than that of pristine PC,but later composites degradation rates are slower than it and the largest mass loss temperatures(Tmax) of composites are higher than that of PC at a range of 1 ℃~15 ℃.In air,T5% and Tmax of composites are all higher than that of PC,and Tmax of PC/MA-POSS composites increases at a range of 22 ℃~50 ℃ with MA-POSS content increasing,furthermore,the chars of two composites are improved at a range of 5%~12%.
