摘　　要：系统阐述了甘肃省制种产业链的现状,指出制种产业链存在的问题,并结合甘肃省制种业发展的实际,从产业链管理的视角提出完善产业链体系;提升种子产业研发实力;发挥行业协会的作用;加强政府对制种产业的扶持和保障等对策。The present situation of the seed industry chain of Gansu province was expounded,this paper takes the developing industry in Gansu into consideration and points out the issues of the chain,then advocates the effective measures to improve and negotiate the cooperation of the whole industry chain system from the perspective of industry chain management,to raise the strength of seed industry development,to strengthen the role of trade associations,and to strengthen the effect of policy on supporting and guarantying seed industry of the government,and so on.
