分子筛促进的烯烃与H_2O_2环氧化反应的研究

摘　　要：以过氧化氢作为氧化剂,用Na-Y,Na-ZSM-5,Na-β,MCM-41,MCM-22,SBA-15 6种分子筛促进丙烯醇、3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇和甲基庚烯酮3种烯烃的环氧化,研究不同的分子筛对这3种烯烃环氧化的转化率和选择性的促进作用,结果表明,SBA-15分子筛对这3种烯烃环氧化的促进作用最为明显.基于SBA-15对丙烯醇的环氧化的促进效果,最后对反应时间、反应温度、SBA-15用量以及不同的过氧化氢用量进行了优化,结果显示温度为50℃,过氧化氢用量为1.5当量,反应4h的促进效果最理想.Using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,Na-Y,Na-ZSM-5,Na-β,MCM-41,MCM-22,SBA-15 six molecular sieve promoted epoxidation of allyl alcohol,3-methyl-2-butenl-1-ol and methyl heptenone.We investigated the promotion of molecular sieve for the conversion and selectivity of epoxidation of the three alkenes.The results indicated that in the six molecular sieves,most of them could promote the epoxidation of the three alkenes,and the promotion of SBA-15 for the epoxidation of the three alkenes was obvious.At last,we discussed the promotion of SBA-15 for allyl alcohol at different reaction time,different temperature,different quantity of SBA-15 and hydrogen peroxide.The results showed that the best promotion condition was 4 h,50 ℃,nH2O2∶n底物=1.5.
