摘  要:通过对100 t顶吹转炉双渣法深脱磷的工业性试验研究,结合不同吹炼时期冶炼特点,确立了吹炼过程需要控制的原料及操作制度等关键措施。控制倒炉温度、碱度、炉渣中的ω(FeO)及熔渣流动性等因素均是取得良好脱磷效果的重要保证。应用双渣法深脱磷生产试验取得了转炉出钢磷含量平均达到63×10-6,成品平均磷含量达到85×10-6的实绩。Such key measures as raw materials selecting and operating procedures for steel-making to be adjusted during blowing are taken based on the industrial trial study on deep dephosphorization by double slag method in 100 t top-blown converter and combined with blowing characteristics in different blowing periods.It is concluded that these factors such as controlling turning-down temperature,basicity,content of FeO in slag and fluidity of slag are important to get better results of dephosphrization.The average content of P in molten steel during tapping from the converter can reach to 63×10-6 and the average content of P in a finished steel product can reach to 85×10-6 by application of the double slag method in industrial trial.
