摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢热轧板带精轧机工作辊工作状况,对影响轧辊使用寿命的主要因素进行了分析,提出了具体改进措施,如在轧制过程中确保充足的冷却水量、投入热轧油、选择适宜的轧辊存放温度等。实施后减少了轧辊磨损量和轧辊剥落,降低了轧辊断裂出现几率,提高了工作辊使用寿命。The operating conditions of work rolls of the finishing mill for producing hot rolled strips in Angang are introduced,and then the main factors which influence the service life of the work roll are analyzed.Based on that some concrete improvement measures are proposed,including ensuring sufficient cooling water,adding hot rolled oil,selecting the appropriate temperature for placing work rolls.By taking these measures the wear extent and spalling of rolls are reduced,and also the probability that the rupture occurs on the roll are reduced.And thus the service life of work rolls can be improved.
