摘　　要：从国家赔偿的原则、范围、标准、程序等方面,分析和阐述了旧国家赔偿法的局限和不足;对2010年修订后的新国家赔偿法的相关规定进行了深入探讨,并就新法的不足,提出相应的修改建议。This paper analyzes and explains limitations and insufficiency of the old national compensation law from its national compensation principle,scope,standard and procedures.And it carries on the thorough discussion about the revised new provisions made after 2010 and then gives relevant amend suggestions based on its deficiency.
