摘  要:板料拉深加工中,拉深效果受纤维组织取向的影响非常明显。在分析思考的基础上,采用直接试验的方法,对纤维组织沿厚向的Q235钢片进行了拉深试验,首次获得了纤维方向沿厚向分布的带凸缘筒形件拉深最大相对高度数据,并与Q235钢片纤维组织沿纵方向的资料数据进行了对比研究与分析,初步定量回答了二者差别,为人们了解纤维组织对加工工艺的影响提供了参考。During the deep drawing process of sheet metal,the fibre choice has obvious effect the deep drawing.In this paper,on the basis of analytical thinking,mainly adopted the direct deep drawing test of Q235 steel in which fibrous tissue is along thick direction.And it obtained the maximum relative height data of fiber distribution along thick direction of thick cylindrical parts with lugs deep drawing for the first time and then made contrastive anaylsis of data of the Q235 steel fibrous tissue along the longitudinal direction,The preliminary quantitative analysis shows the difference between these two kinds of steels,which provides the reference to people who are interested in understanding the influence of fibrous tissue on processing technique.
