摘  要:本研究主要利用PFI磨浆机对漂白硫酸盐竹浆与阔叶木浆的磨浆特性及其成纸性能进行对比研究。研究发现相同磨浆转数下,竹浆打浆度略高于阔叶木浆,湿重比阔叶木浆高;磨浆前期(打浆度低于35.5°SR),相同打浆度下,竹浆纤维成纸的抗张指数低于阔叶木浆,而后随着打浆度的增加,竹浆纤维成纸的抗张指数高于阔叶木浆。相同打浆度下,竹浆纤维成纸的撕裂指数、耐破指数和耐折度均高于阔叶木浆。打浆度高于53.5°SR时,随着打浆度的增加,竹浆纤维成纸的耐折度增加的速度和幅度都很大。This paper mainly focused on the refining and paper properties of kraft bamboo pulp and hardwood pulp by PFI beater. The results showed that beating degree of bamboo pulp and wet weight are both higher than the hardwood pulp in the same revolution of PFI beater. During the initial stage of refining (the beating degree was below 35.5°SR), the tensile index of bamboo pulp was lower than the hardwood pulp in the same beating degree; As the beating degree over 35.5°SR, the tensile index of bamboo pulp was higher than the hardwood pulp in the same beating degree. The tear index, burst index and folding endurance of bamboo pulp are all higher than hardwood pulp in the same beating degree.
