摘  要:以往研究的几类添加剂对水合物生成促进效果不理想。通过具体实验,以二氧化碳气体为介质,在可视化高压搅拌反应釜中研究了几类新型添加剂对气体水合物生成特性的影响,并同纯水和SDBS进行了比较。最终确定自行合成的离子液体[HMIPS]OTs为最优良的添加剂并确定500mg/kg左右为最佳的反应浓度范围。根据成本、能耗、生成特性和机械可靠性确定了最优的生成温度和过压度范围分别为4℃~5℃和1.5MPa左右。本次实验的研究结果对实现气体水合物应用技术的开发、利用和水合物面向工业化生产具有重要价值。Using carbon dioxide gas as medium, the influence of several new types of additives on gas hydrate formation characteristics were studied through experiments in the visual high pressure stiring reaction kettle, and the effects were compared with those of pure water and SDBS, respectively. The self-synthesized ionic liquid [HMIPS]OTs was confirmed as the most excellent additive and its optimal reaction concentration was determined to be about 500mg/kg. Considering the cost, energy consumption, formation characteristics and mechanical reliability, the optimum temperature range and super-pressure for generation of hydrate were determined to be 4℃-5℃ and 1.SMPa, respectively. The experimental results will provide help in the development and utilization of gas hydrate application technology and commercialization of gas hydrate production.
