摘  要:在现有生产线的条件下,4刃焊接硬质合金锪钻内孔扩孔加工时易"摆动"是造成H型上缸盖内孔研磨不良的主要原因,影响了主机厂压缩机装配质量。改进设计了阶梯式复合锪钻,两节8刃切削方式改善了单边切削状况、提高了切削稳定性,H型上缸盖内孔研磨不出的不良率由0.8%以上下降到0.2%。In the condition of existing product line,the main reason of the grinding defects of the H-type flang' s inner hole is the swing caused by enlarging inner holes with four-blade welding carbide reamer. That affects the quality of the compressor assembly. The design of the staged compound drilling reamer has been improved. The way of two-step eight-blade drillingimproved the situation and stability of single-edged cutting,the defective rate of grinding H-type flange inner hole decreases from above 0.8% to 0.2%.
