绿色发展视角下的东莞土地利用研究

摘　　要：土地是人类生存与发展的基础。针对土地利用存在的问题,学者们主要提出了集约利用和可持续利用思想,然而,实现土地绿色利用更具有优越性。文章基于土地绿色利用视角,采用典型抽样调查法和统计数据对比分析法,分析了当前东莞市土地利用的结构与布局、开发使用强度,以及经济、生态和社会效益等方面的特点,进一步揭示土地利用中存在的问题,最后提出实行土地绿色利用,实现科学发展的对策。研究结论对相关部门决策具有参考价值,对其他城市亦有借鉴意义。Land is the basis for human survival and development. Scholars have mainly put forward intensive use theory and sustainable use theory to solve problems of land use. However, the green use theory is more superior to them. So this paper analyses the characteristics of land use in Dongguan city such as construction, layout and distribution together with the intensity of exploitation, economic, ecological and social benefits from the perspective of green development. The main methods include typical sampling investigation and comparative analysis of statistical data for the purpose of finding out the problems of land use, and making useful suggestions to relevant authorities of Dongguan and other cities.
