摘　　要：人类生育为病原微生物感染提供了良好的机会,妊娠妇女及其胎儿在受孕、妊娠、分娩到围生期的任何阶段都极易受到感染,病原微生物感染对生殖健康造成的影响主要视妊娠的不同阶段而定,而母体的免疫功能、营养状况以及并存的感染等也是影响因素。明确各种感染和生物因素对生殖功能的作用机制和阻断途径、对感染和生物因素的生殖毒作用进行早期预警和有效干预,是促进生殖健康、提高生殖质量的关键。就女性生育各阶段各种病原体感染与生殖相关疾病之间的关系及其作用机制综述。Human reproduction provides favorable opportunities for the transmission of infectious agents.Furthermore,at either stage of reproduction,from conception to parturition and the neonatal period,mother and her offspring exhibit distinct susceptibilities to infection.The impact of pathogens on reproduction can be extenuated or exacerbated depending on stage of acquisition during pregnancy.Similarly,factors such as maternal immune response,nutritional status,or concurrent infection may modify the effect of a specific infectious agent.In this review,we discuss associations between infectious agents and reproductive problems at each stage of female reproduction and its potential mechanisms.
