Observation of Ultrastructure of the Gill Filament in Juvenile Spinibarbus sinensis with Scanning Electronic Microscope

摘  要:采用扫描电镜对中华倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus sinensis)幼鱼鳃的表面结构进行了观察。结果表明,鳃表面绝大部分区域被具有环形微嵴的扁平上皮细胞覆盖,鳃耙、鳃弓和鳃丝表面扁平上皮细胞的形状、大小及微嵴的形态各异;鳃弓表面除扁平上皮细胞外还有线粒体密集细胞和黏液细胞分布,鳃小片表面被大量黏液覆盖。同时对中华倒刺鲃幼鱼鳃不同区域扁平上皮细胞多样的形态结构与其生理功能之间的关系进行了探讨。Using scanning electron microscopic imaging technique, we studied the ultrastructure of the gill filament of juvenile Spinibarbus sinensis. The results showed that the gill filaments were covered with epithelium, whereas district morphology of flat epithelial cells were presented, flat epithelial cells, which were largely distributed on the gill rakers, the gill arches and the branchial filaments, exhibited a complex system of microcrest on their apical surface. Besides of flat epithe- lial cells, the mitochondria-rich cells and mucous cells were also identified in gill arches, and no more detail morphology was observed on the surface of lamellae which was covered with a mucus layer. Moreover, the relationship between the various morphologic structures and physiological function of flat epithelial cells of S. sinensis was discussed.
