摘  要:本文探讨了一种较快捷准确的选择带CO2捕集的IGCC电厂最优建设地址的评价方法,即采用层次分析法(AHP)来综合评定选址问题中的多方面因素,通过赋予各因素权重并进行矩阵计算得到各备选地址相对优劣程度。该方法将所研究的问题即选择最优建厂地址分解为多个评价层次,建立递阶评价系统。在此基础上,利用专家讨论确定评价指标的权重,通过具体数据确定评价系数。基于该方法,本文具体针对不同CO2捕集率的450MW IGCC机组的选址问题,进行了多层次详细案例评价,选择出最优建厂地址方案,并体现了各评价因素对于带CO2捕集封存运输的IGCC电厂选址的影响程度。An accurate and convenient evaluation method to locate a better site for an IGCC plant with CO2 capture has been studied in this paper.Various factors of site locating are evaluated with the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) by calculating the judging matrix with a given weight.The target,which is to locate a best site for establishing an IGCC power plant with CO2 capture and storage,is hierarchically divorced into several evaluating factors to set up a step evaluating system.The weights will be confirmed by experts,and the coefficient of evaluation is based on the data of the IGCC power plant.A case of hierarchical evaluation for choosing the best sites of 450MW IGCC power plants with CCS of various CO2 capture rate is developed particularly,using the AHP method.The best option is achieved,while the effects of different factors on locating the best site of an IGCC power plant with CCS are demonstrated.
