摘  要:为筛选出抗旱能力较强的野生草坪种质资源,以早熟禾栽培品种"午夜"为对照,对4个野生早熟禾属草种进行了抗旱性研究。胁迫21d期间每隔3d测定叶片相对含水量(RWC)、叶片萎蔫率(LW)、叶片相对电导率(EL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫天数的增加,RWC含量、SOD和CAT的活性都明显下降,而LW、EL和MDA的含量却明显上升,且各指标之间存在显著或极显著相关性;4个草种抗旱能力强弱依次为硬质早熟禾、草地早熟禾、早熟禾、细叶早熟禾,其中硬质早熟禾与其他材料均有显著差异,抗旱性表现较突出,为选育抗旱草坪草种提供了依据。Taking the variety 'mid-night'as the CK,the drought stress were studied on 4 wild grasses of Poa L.During the stress period,relative water content(RWC),electrolyte leakage(EL),leaf wilting rate(LW),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined in 3 d intervals.The results showed that drought stresses induced oxidative injury in all cultivars,as demonstrated by the reduction in antioxidant enzymes and increase in lipid peroxidation.Meanwhile it caused RWC to decline,while EL,LW and the content of MDA to increase with proceeding of the treatment.There were significant or very significant correlations during all the idexes for four species.The ranks of drought resistance of four grasses were P.sphondylodes Trin.,P.pratensis L.,P.annua L.,P.angustifolia.L.,and P.sphondylodes Trin.had stronger drought tolerance than others,and were significantly different compared with others.These results would facilitate the selection of drought resistant turfgrasses.
