减量使用静松灵麻醉剂在山羊胚胎移植手术中效果的观察

摘　　要：应用静松灵麻醉制剂0.4mg·kg-1对300只健康山羊肌肉注射,记录麻醉的起效时间与麻醉时间,以观察减量使用静松灵麻醉制剂在山羊胚胎移植手术中的麻醉效果。结果表明,0.4mg·kg-1的注射剂量可以满足胚胎移植手术的需要,并且使用安全,在300只山羊的手术中无一例死亡。The test was aims to observe the effect of reduction using hydrochloric acid sierra in goat embryo transplantation surgery preparation of anesthesia.Application of hydrochloric acid sierra 0.4 mg·kg-1 preparations for 300 health goats,anesthesia muscle injection time and anesthesia works time was recorded.The results showed that,0.4 mg·kg-1 dosages of the embryos,could satisfy the need of surgery,and was the security,in the 300 goats operation none was death.
