摘　　要：美国篮球职业联盟高效且畅通地运行,是成为世界最具影响力的品牌的真正原因。通过文献研究的方法,针对美国篮球职业联盟在世界范围的影响,论述了美国篮球职业联盟的经营和运行的原则与制度,对其制度进行了初步解读,并探讨了这些管理经营制度对我国职业体育联盟发展的启示。To explore the reason why NBA becomes the world- wide brand by managing and nmning efficiently and smoothly. Method： The documentary method is employed to discuss the management and running principles and systems, pointing at the influence af NBA, and make a primary analysis of the system. We can draw a conclusion that the perfection and irrrprovement of NBA are the key factor for NBA to succeed. The research can give the Chinese sports professional association a great direction. Therefore, the active counter strategies are put forward.
