摘　　要：虚拟社会管理已成为一个极具挑战性和紧迫性的时代课题。本文在分析虚拟社会的本质内涵和虚拟社会管理创新的现实依据的基础上,厘清虚拟社会管理创新研究的逻辑起点,汲取国家与社会关系的理论、多中心治理理论、网络化治理理论等理论精华。同时,结合中国实际,提出一个包括虚拟社会管理创新的目标、原则、路径等结构要素在内的虚拟社会管理创新研究体系,为虚拟社会管理创新研究提供一个可资借鉴的研究框架。The virtual social management has become an utterly challenging and pressing epoch topic.This paper is intended for clarifying the logical starting point of creative study of the virtual social management and absorbing multi-centered governance theory and the essence of networked governance theory etc.in light of national interests and social relations based on analyzing the essential connotation of the virtual society and the realistic accountability of the innovation of the virtual social management.At the same time,incorporating with the reality of China,this paper proposed a creative study system of virtual social management,including its goals,principles,approaches and other essential structures,providing a studying framework from which we can draw experience for the creative study of the virtual social management.
