摘 要:我国地表水体水质评价方法多采用单因子评价法和综合污染指数法,此种评价方法是将水质分为五类,但不能判断河道是否黑臭。上海市环境保护局徐祖信提出的"我国河流综合水质标识指数评价方法研究"闭,能很好地评价劣V类水质污染的程度,同时还提出了黑臭河道的判别标准,是目前我国河流水质评价劣Ⅴ类水质污染程度较好的方法。本文作者通过大量数据将水质标识指数法和水质综合污染指数法进行对照,找出了能比较劣Ⅴ类水质的污染程度,且能判别黑臭河道的方法,以期能为环境管理部门提供治理河道的依据。In China, the evaluation methodology of blacking and odour of urban river pollution extend is mostly adopting singular factor evaluation and comprehensive pollution index methodology, this method is to divide the water quality to five categories , but cannot judge whether the water is seriously polluted as been stinky and contaminated. According to Zuxing Xu's "comprehensive index of rive quality evaluation methodology', V-typed water can be well evaluated with its degree of contamination. In this essay, the author compared the water quality labeling method and water quality com- prehensive index method through a large quantity of data and figures out the solution to define level of contamination of V-typed water and distinguishing stinky and contaminated water, so as to provide grounds for environmental protection department to manage on river quality improvement
