摘　　要：人文与法制是现代社会的基石,二者相辅相成。人文精神对法制建设具有规导作用,法制建设对人文精神发展具有保障作用。在建设和谐社会、建设社会主义法治国家的今天,人文精神建设还存在一些不足。中国特色社会主义法律体系的建设过程,为弥补和重构人文精神起到了保障作用。Culture and legal system are the cornerstones of modern society.In building a harmonious society and building a socialist country ruled by law today,there are some deficiencies concerning the construction of humanistic spirit.The building of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics plays a protective and compersating role in the reconstruction of humanistic spirit.
