摘 要:在24±1℃下研究了不同浓度的次甲基蓝、甲醛、高锰酸钾、氯化钠、孔雀石绿溶液抑制松浦镜鲤鱼卵水霉病的效果。结果表明:浸泡消毒时间10min,浓度为1100.00mg/L的次甲基蓝和6000.00mg/L的甲醛对水霉菌有较强的抑制作用,对出苗率无显著影响;在药物对水霉菌完全致死浓度(1057.54mg/L)下,浸泡10min,次甲基蓝抑菌有效时间达29.97h,致畸率最低(1.55%),而高锰酸钾和氯化钠浓度对松浦镜鲤鱼卵水霉菌无明显抑制作用。试验表明次甲基蓝可以替代孔雀石绿防治鲤卵水霉病。The different concentrations of Methylene Blue,Formaldehyde,Potassium Permanganate(KMnO4),Sodium Chloride(NaCl),and Malachite Green solution were used to control the impact of Saprolegniasis on eggs of Songpu mirror carp at water temperature of 24±1℃.The results showed that Methylene Blue solution(1100.00mg/L,10 min) and Formaldehyde solution(6000.00mg/L,10min) had a stronger inhibitory effect on Saprolegniasis and no significant influence on hatching rate.After the eggs was immersed in Methylene Blue solution for 10 min,the effective time lasted for 29.97 h,and abnormal rate of fries were found the lowest(only 1.55%),while KMnO4 and NaCl solution did not show on significant inhibitory effects on the Saprolegniasis.In this experiment,we can draw a conclusion that,instead of Malachite Green solution,Methylene Blue solution can be used to prevent or control the Saprolegniasis.
