摘  要:通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对经过不同表面处理的两种不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)表面进行物相分析,采用失重法测定其在氟硼酸清洗剂中的腐蚀速度,同时借助扫描电镜及电子扫描探针观测浸泡过程中不锈钢的表面腐蚀形貌及其表面粗糙度的变化特征。结果表明:不锈钢在沸腾的浓硝酸中形成一层氧化物后作为模拟污染物相对于未处理前表面含有较多铁的碳化物;在反应初期,前者的耐腐蚀性大于后者;同时表面相对于未处理前出现了比较明显的晶间腐蚀形貌,表面粗糙度Ra也经历了一个先减小后增大,再减小的过程。The surface of two kinds of stainless steel(1Cr18Ni9Ti)after different treatments were analysed with X-ray diffraction(XRD).The corrosion rates of it in the fluorine boric acid cleaning agent were measured with weight loss method.At the same time,the surface corrosion topographies and variation characteristics of surface roughness of stainless steel were observed by the(scanning electron microscope) SEM and scanning probe microscopy(SPM)during soaking.The results showed that stainless steel with oxide layer formed in boiling concentrated nitric acid solution as simulated pollutant contained more iron carbides on the surface relative to untreated it.Anti-corrosion ability of the former was larger than the latter in the early stage of reaction.Meanwhile,simulated pollutant appeared more obvious intergranular corrosion morphology compare with untreated stainless steel.The surface roughness also was a decreased at first and then increased and decreased at last process.
