摘　　要：目的:分析江西宜春地区生殖器疣(Genital Warts,GW)患者的一般情况、就诊信息、个人行为,为GW的相关研究提供参考。方法:纳入符合条件的GW患者,以面谈的方式进行问卷调查,对一般情况、就诊信息、个人行为等调查内容进行统计分析。结果:共获得GW患者62名(男44,女18),以男性、已婚/同居、年龄<40岁、中学文化程度、经济收入1000-3000元/月的人群为主。疣体以多发为主(67.7%),首发病例占85.5%。62名GW患者总共性伙伴数最少为1个,最多50个,中位3.0个;62.9%人曾有过商业性交易行为。结论:GW患者主要来自当前社会的主体人群;该人群较缺乏自我保护意识或措施,应采取必要措施进行防控。Objectives： to explore the general situation, medical information and personal behavior of genital warts （GW） patients in Yichun, Jiangxi; to provide reference for relative studies on GW. Methods： Interviews were conducted to qualified GW patients and the interviewing data about the general situation, medical information and personal behavior were analyzed statistically. Results： Among the 62 GW patients （44 male, 18 female）, most of them are male, married or cohabiting, aged less than 40 years old, with middle school education and with monthly income of 1000 to 3000 Yuan. Multiple warts is the majority （67.7%） . First-episode cases ac count for 85. 5 %. In the crowd of 62, the number of the sexual partner ranges from 1 to 50, with the median 3.0; 62.9% of them had sexual transaction behavior. Conclusion： The mainstream crowd of the society is the resource of GW patients; this crowd is lack of the awareness or measures of self - protection. Necessary measures for prevention and control need to be taken.
