摘 要:建立了五种典型的蒸汽动力系统结构,分别是燃烧后带减排措施的普通煤粉炉(带脱硫脱硝系统)热电联产系统(PC+FGD+DeNOx系统)、循环流化床锅炉(加石灰石)热电联产系统(CFB系统)、水煤浆锅炉(洗煤)热电联产系统(CWS系统)、燃气-蒸汽联合循环系统(NGCC系统)、整体煤气化联合循环系统(IGCC系统),建立了燃料污染物排放模型和系统设备投资运行成本模型。从环境影响、经济性指标两个不同的评价准则出发对确定蒸汽和电力需求的五种蒸汽动力系统结构进行模拟计算及对比分析。结果表明,不考虑环境排放费用时,NGCC系统成本最小,然后依次为CFB系统、PC+FGD+DeNOx系统、CWS系统以及IGCC系统;考虑环境排放费用时,NGCC系统的综合指标最优,然后依次为CFB系统、PC+FGD+DeNOx系统、CWS系统以及IGCC系统;还考虑了蒸汽和电力需求比对优选结构的影响。As an important part of process industry, the design structure of steam power system has an important effect on economic cost, environmental emission and energy consumption. Five typical system structures were established including pulverized coal boiler cogeneration system with desulfurization and DeNOx, circulating fluidized bed boiler cogeneration system with SO2 abatement during combustion, coal water slurry boiler cogeneration system, nature gas combined cycle system, integrated gasification combined cycle. The pollutant emission models as well as the investment and operation cost model of different systems were established. The proposed five structures were simulated based on objectives of economic cost and environmental impact. The results show that the performance of nature gas combined cycle system is the best one for both economic objective and environmental impact objective. In addition, the optimal steam power system structure is quite dependent on the ratio of electric and steam demand.
