摘 要:目的 :比较两种动物作为光变态反应性接触性皮炎 (PCAD)模型各自的优势 ,以择其在临床工作中发现潜在的光敏性物质。方法 :以 6 -甲基香豆素 (6 -MC)为光敏剂分别制作豚鼠和小鼠UVA的PACD模型 ,并以外涂 6 -MC经UVB照射组作为对照。结果 :成功的建立了两种动物外涂 6 -MC并经UVA照射的PACD模型。结论 :两种动物PACD模型各占优势 。Objective:To compare respective advantages of two animals of guinea pigs and mouse as the models of photoalletgic contact dermatitis (PACD),for choosing the right animal model to discover potential photosensitive substances.Methids:The ultraviolet (UV) PACD models of guinea pigs and mouse were established by adopting 6-methylcourmarin as the photo sensitizer,the group externally covered with 6-methylcourmarin was used as the control after having received UV exposure.Results: Two kinds of PACD animal models externally covered with 6-methylcourmarin and receiving UV exposure were established successfully.Conclusions:These two kinds of PACD animal models have their own advantages respectively.We can choose the propet animal models in the manner of the practical requirements.
