颈性眩晕诊治的临床路径研究

摘　　要：目的通过对颈性眩晕患者实施临床路径,探讨颈性眩晕临床路径的应用价值。方法将颈性眩晕98例患者,随机分成两组,每组49例。分别比较患者眩晕症状的严重程度、治疗的有效率、治愈率、住院天数、住院费用、病人满意度。结果两组患者入院时年龄、眩晕症状严重程度均无统计学差异(p>0.05);出院时两组眩晕症状严重程度、有效率、治愈率、住院天数、治疗费用比较均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论应用颈性眩晕诊治的临床路径能明显缓解患者眩晕症状、能提高患者的治愈率、缩短住院时间、减少住院费用、提高医疗服务质量。Objective To investigate the practical value of clinical pathways of cervical vertigo through application of clinical pathway on patients with cervical vertigo. Methods There were 98 cases cervical vertigo patients.They were randomly divided into two groups of 49 cases and then compared with the situation of vertigo improving,the cure rate,the hospitalized days,the hospitalization expensive,and satisfaction. Results The patients＇ age and the severity of the vertigo symptoms had not statistical significance when this two groups were at admission（p0.05）;but the severity of the vertigo symptoms,treatment efficiency,cure rate,treatment days,treatment expensive have statistical significance when this two groups patients were discharged（p0.05）. Conclusion Application in clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo pathways can significantly relieve symptoms in patients with vertigo,can improve the cure rate of patients,shorten hospital stay,reduce hospital costs,and improve the quality of medical services.
