老年专科护理小组对减少老年患者跌倒的作用

摘　　要：目的为了减少老年患者在住院期间发生跌倒意外。方法我院自2010年成立了老年专科护理小组,对全院的老年住院患者进行计划性巡查,根据巡查结果制定切实可行的一系列改进措施并跟踪调研。结果成立老年专科护理小组后住院患者跌倒率由3.8%下降至0.6%。结论老年专科护理小组在减少老年跌倒护理中作用显著。Objective To reduce tumbles incidences of elderly inpatients. Methods Elderly special nursing team had been established in our hospital since 2009;we practiced scheduling patrol to elderly patients and formulated improvement measures constantly. Results With the establishment of elderly special nursing team,the tumbles incidences of elderly inpatients had reduced from 3.8% to 0.6%. Conclusion Elderly special nursing team can reduce tumbles incidences of elderly inpatients dramatically.
